Vice President and Investment Strategist
Nicholas Giorgi is a Vice President and Investment Strategist supporting Bank of America Private Bank and Merrill for the Chief Investment Office (CIO) within Bank of America Corporation. In this role, he is a member of a team of portfolio strategists and investment analysts providing investment, portfolio positioning, and implementation. He collaborates with BofA Global Research, independent research firms and third-party managers to identify macro trends and investment opportunities in delivering the top of the house investment thinking. He is a contributor to the firm's investment thought leadership through publications.
Nick adheres to the wealth management businesses' tactical asset allocation and investment policy decisions and provides analysis in the development as a member of the CIO equity portfolio strategy team. Previously, he was an Investment Specialist within the Managed Solutions Group.
Prior to joining Merrill, he worked at Morgan Stanley, where he was a financial advisor focusing on ultra high net worth clients. Previously he was a Product Specialist for Smith Barney, helping to shape product development and support internal sales efforts.
Nick earned his M.B.A. degree from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and his B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado in Boulder. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation. He is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
