While most investors are familiar with residential real estate, most investors are not aware of the unique advantages of less-traditional asset classes such as the recreational market. RV parks, marinas, and mini-resorts have been traditionally owned by mom-and-pop operators who face challenges in capital access and succession planning for their assets. While these asset classes may have different challenges than residential, they also have amazing cash flows and upside potential for the investor.
