Is The TradersEXPO Chicago free to attend?
Yes, registration is completely free. However, we do offer optional in-depth intensive Master Classes that require a ticket purchase to attend.
Do I need to pre-register for the event?
You can preregister, or register onsite, whichever is most convenient for you. We encourage you to preregister and receive conference highlights, special event notifications, and a link to the final Show Schedule, which is a great preplanning tool.
Can I register onsite?
Yes, you can register onsite once you arrive; however, preregistering provides you access to show highlights and tools, and expedites your check-in process onsite.
Why should I attend this conference?
By attending The TradersEXPO Chicago you have the unique opportunity to meet the country’s top traders and trading educators. You’ll hear their differing expert options and be exposed to new ways of looking at the markets you may not have considered that could make your own trading more profitable and efficient.
Where on your website can I see the schedule?
The schedule is listed under the Schedule tab where you can choose Summary of Events or Full Schedule. You can also view the schedule by individual Speaker, or by participating company.
Where on your website can I find the exhibitor list?
All participating sponsors & exhibitors are listed under the Exhibit Hall tab, and then by selecting Participating Companies.
What is the hotel rate?
At the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, our discounted nightly room rate is $271 + 17.39% tax based on single or double occupancy.
What is the hotel cancellation policy?
For the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, cancellations must be received by 3:00 pm, 72 hours prior to scheduled day of arrival.
What is the Master Class cancellation policy?
Individual premium master class tickets can be cancelled up until seven (7) days prior to that session; however, a $15 per ticket cancellation fee will apply.
Are children allowed to attend your conferences?
Young adults and adolescents are welcome to attend our conferences; however, for the consideration of our sponsors and exhibitors, we ask that no children of stroller age or younger attend the individual workshops.
How often are you in Chicago?
This will be our first time producing a TradersEXPO in Chicago since 2005, and our only time scheduled to be in Chicago in 2018; however, we have previously produced MoneyShows, and Financial Advisor Symposiums, in Chicago.
What are the Registration Desk Hours?
Registration Desk hours should be double-checked by clicking the Schedule tab followed by the Summary of Events tab on the conference website.
Where is the Registration Desk Located?
The Registration Desk will be in the Grand Ballroom Lobby of McCormick Place South Building.
What are the Exhibit Hall Hours?
The Exhibit Hall hours should be double-checked by clicking the Schedule tab followed by the Summary of Events tab on the conference website.
What does it cost to attend the Paid Events?
Premium (Paid) Master Classes can be purchased ala carte at a cost of $___ per ticket, or you can purchase an All-Access VIP Platinum Membership for $995, which grants you unlimited access to all Premium Master Classes for an entire year! Where is the event located?
The TradersEXPO Chicago is being held at McCormick Place South Building, which is located at 2301 South Martin Luther King Drive, Chicago, IL, 60616.
When will I receive the final Show Schedule?
If you pre-registered for the event, a link to the final Show Schedule will be included in your digital confirmation pack which will be emailed to you approximately one-week prior to the conference. Alternatively, you can access the Schedule link on the conference home page approximately one week prior to the show.
Do I have to stay at your host hotel to attend the conference for free?
MoneyShow offers a discounted hotel room block at The Hyatt Regency McCormick Place for our attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors as a convenience. You are never required to stay at our host hotels to gain access to our events.
